Vitelotte potato salad with horseradish sauce

Vitelotte potato salad with horseradish sauce 
 

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes

Ingredients for 4:

- 400 g boiled vitelotte potatoes
- 200 g cooked garden peas
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g cubes of comté cheese
- The heart of a frisee lettuce
- A jar of horseradish sauce
- Flatleaf parsley, basil

Preparation: 

Place a bed of frisee lettuce into a hollow plate. Add the boiled and sliced vitelotte potatoes, the steam cooked garden peas, the cherry tomatoes and the cubes of comté cheese.

Decorate with the parsley and the basil.

Serve the horseradish sauce in a separate dish.
