Potato croquettes with ham

 

Potato croquettes with ham
 

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes

Ingredients for 4:

- 2 bags of mash potato flakes
- 2 eggs
- 50 g flour
- 120 g ham cut into dice
- 50 g grated gruyère
- Salt, pepper, oil

Preparation: 

Make the mash following the instructions on the packet. Set aside.
Add the 2 eggs, the flour, the diced ham and the gruyère. Mix thoroughly. Add the salt and pepper. The mixture should be quite compact.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add small balls of pastry to cook. Turn them over to allow each side to brown.
Serve the croquettes in paper cones for the children or serve them with a green salad for the parents.
