Cheese tartlets
 

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes

Ingredients :

- 1 short crust pastry
- 200 g brousse cheese (or other soft cheese)
- 200 g 40 % fromage frais
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated gruyère
- Grated nutmeg

Preparation: 

Preheat the oven at 180°C (gas mark 4). Line the previously greased individual tart moulds with the pastry. Prick the base with a fork.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl before adding the brousse cheese, fromage frais and the salt and pepper.
Add the grated nutmeg and the gruyere. Mix everything together.
Pour the preparation into individual moulds. Sprinkle the top with a spoon of grated gruyère.
Put in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
