Carrot-orange and ginger smoothie

Preparation : 10 min

Ingredients :

- 1/2 litre fresh carrot juice
- The juice of 3 freshly sqeezed oranges
- One tsp ground ginger
- 1 smooth plain yogurt or 25cl soya milk

Preparation: 

Pourthe carrot juice, the orange juice, the ground ginger and the yogurtin a blender. Blend until smooth.

Insummer, add a bit of crushed ice for an even more refreshing drink!
