Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes



Ingredients for 4

- 4 good-size slices of rustic bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g oven roasted tomatoes
- 100 g mozzarella
- 1 small jar of onion marmalade
- 100 g Italian ham (Serrano, Prosciutto or San Daniele)
- A few basil leaves

 

Preparation:

Lightly toast the bread slices, brush them with the garlic clove and sprinkle with some olive oil. Let the olive oil soak the warm bread before adding a thin layer of onion marmalade and the oven roasted tomatoes. Add some very thin slices of mozzarella and a few basil leaves for decoration.
