Ingredients for 12 triangles:

- 6 filo pastry sheets cut in half
- 2 chicken breasts roughly chopped
- 1 red onion
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 2 teaspoons four-spice mix
- 1 tbspoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt, pepper

 

Preparation:

Chop the onion finely. Fry in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 10 minutes on a low heat. Add the curry powder, the four-spices, the honey and the cocoa and stir. Stir the chicken in. Cook for 10 minutes.
Place a spoon of stuffing on half a sheet of filo pastry at one extremity, fold it over itself. Keep on folding until you obtain the shape of a samosa.
Keep going until your run out of stuffing.
Cook 10 minutes in a hot oven (200° C/).
