- Fairly rigid translucent plastic sheet (sold in crafts shops)
- 1 fine point felt tip pen (suitable for plastic)
- 1 craft knife
- 1 treasury tag
- 1 desk hole puncher

Steps:

Copy the attached stencils onto the plastic sheet with a suitable felt tip pen.

Cut carefully with a craft knife and punch a hole at the end of each stencil.

Assemble the 7 stencils together with a treasury tag without making it too tight so as to separate them in a fan.
